Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel the order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will be required to respond to a complaint from our company.

All orders placed will be shipped from the designated warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery.

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance!

If your order takes more than 70 days (standard delivery), we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item. This does not apply to stolen, lost, or incorrectly delivered items. We always refer to the tracking number.

Delivery delays are not solely attributable to us, but also to our subcontractors, logistics and other related services, such as reduced flights, remoteness or inaccessibility of certain areas and a lack of delivery drivers.

Don't worry, we'll be here to track your order until you receive it, hoping everything goes smoothly.

Please take into account public holidays, which may affect delivery times.

We collaborate with small suppliers worldwide to offer their products. Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad. Due to the inherent risks of maritime transport, delays are often unavoidable. Therefore, the delivery times indicated are estimates only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

I haven't received my order yet:

If you place an order and we haven't received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can explain the situation. However, there's no point in claiming your package 4 days after your purchase. As mentioned previously, the preparation and shipping time is 1 to 3 days, and delivery of your order takes between 5 and 15 business days.

Customs fees :

Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to minimize these fees by splitting large orders into multiple shipments. As customs fees are unpredictable, we cannot guarantee their application. Refusal to pay customs duties is not a valid reason for a refund.

For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items:

If your order contains a pre-order or out-of-stock item, we will ship the available items immediately, and the pre-order or out-of-stock items as soon as they become available. Therefore, if you ordered multiple items and have only received some of them, rest assured, you will receive the rest soon.

Order tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or an SMS (if you provided a mobile phone number) containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, go to our tracking page. If you cannot find your tracking number, use our order search form by clicking on the "Track my order" menu.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for tracking information to appear.

Warning regarding an incorrect address:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We make every effort to expedite order processing and shipping; therefore, you have a short window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately by email if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the size selected is correct. We make every effort to expedite order processing and shipping; therefore, you have a short window to correct a sizing error. Please contact us immediately by email if you believe you have selected the wrong size.

Disclaimer regarding lost or stolen products:

STORE NAME is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Your package will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order. If the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier or your local authorities to resolve the issue. No refunds or returns will be issued for lost or stolen items.
