How can I track my package?

You can track your parcel using your order number and email address by going to the *Track my order* section of our website.

What are the delivery times for your products?

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours, but this can sometimes take up to 72 hours. Your order will then be handed over to the carrier and you will receive it within 5 to 10 business days (depending on the time of year, promotions, and the shipping service).

Is delivery free?

This depends on several factors (promotions, time of year, etc.). If delivery is free, we will indicate this on our website.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Currently, we primarily deliver to Europe. Please see the list of countries served when placing your order.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in France. Our international warehouse is in China. However, following our recent expansion, we plan to launch our next collections from a warehouse in France, which will allow us to deliver to France in less than 7 days.

I haven't received all the items in my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, you will receive two deliveries. The rest of your order should arrive soon.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please feel free to contact us via the contact form on our website, by email, or by chat, and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

What is the quality of the products you offer?

Our products are carefully crafted by professionals; we prioritize quality materials to create high-quality items.

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.

How do I return a product?
