RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

POLICY VIOLATIONS
Anyone attempting to violate our policies will be prosecuted and will be subject to a complaint for attempted fraud.

Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel the order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without having contacted us beforehand will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You therefore have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), personalized products (special orders, custom items, etc.), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, proceed with a new purchase.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or justification, to cancel or return your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
